Accepting New Clients

Ride This Out, LLC therapy practice is accepting new clients. My office is located in Orem, Utah right off of the Murdock Canal Trail giving you the option of safely walking or biking to appointments. Telehealth services are also offered to Utah residents.

My services and approach to treatment include:

  • Individualized treatment plan
  • Unique combinations of
    • in-office visits
    • telehealth appointments
    • experiential/play therapy 
    • mindful, client centered approach
I have worked with various populations and feel comfortable working with most everyone. I have also specialized in working with male youth who struggle with managing symptoms of impulsivity and oppositional defiant behavior.
