Accepting New Clients

Ride This Out, LLC therapy practice is now accepting new clients. My office is located in Orem Utah and telehealth services are also offered to Utah residents.

My services and approach to treatment include:

  • Mental health assessment
  • Individualized treatment plan
  • Unique combinations of
    • in-office visits
    • telehealth appointments
    • experiential treatment along local dedicated walking/biking pathways
    • mindfulness approach utilizing nature/outdoor spaces.
I have worked with various populations and feel comfortable working with most everyone. I have also specialized in working with male youth who struggle with managing symptoms of impulsivity and oppositional defiant behavior.
